Frequently asked questions

What happens when I start a free trial?
You can use PayForm totally free for 7 days. You're free to cancel your trial anytime. After the trial period ends, you will be placed in the lower end plan ($15/mo) or any plan selected by you during the trial period. If you process payments during the trial period, only the commission fee will be charged based on your chosen plan.
Do I need coding knowledge to use PayForm?
No coding knowledge is required. Creating your first PayForm is really easy and you don't need any coding or design experience.
Do you offer merchant accounts?
No, we don't. During the onboarding process you will be prompted to create a merchant account with Stripe or PayPal (or login if you already have an account).
What happens to my customers' subscriptions if I leave PayForm?
If you decide to leave PayForm, your subscriptions will not be stopped as they are processed using your own Stripe or PayPal account. However your customers will lose access to the customer portal and won't be able to manage their subscriptions on their own.
Is there a limit in the number of forms?
No. You can create unlimited PayForms and place them wherever you like. All plans include unlimited forms
How safe is PayForm?
The safest it can be, of course!. We use 128-bit SSL encryption for all data transfer on the platform and forms so you can be sure your data is safe. Also, we don't store any financial information, including credit card numbers. Your payments are processed directly by Stripe so no sensitive information touches our servers. Never.
What payments methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club and JCB.
How is the commission billed?
In the case of Stripe transactions, it will be charged automatically inside the transaction (as an additional commission). In case of other gateways, all commissions will be billed at the end of the period. Remember you are still responsible for credit card processing fees (2.9% + 30ยข per transaction in the US).
